Young, McNamara Professional Corporation Barrister, Solicitor, and Notary Public was established in 1965 by Norman R. H. Young and John McNamara. After eight years since Mr. McNamara died, Norman R. H. Young started the law firm of Young, McNamara with his partner John McNamara. Norman Young B.A., LL.B., Q.C., formerly the Deputy Magistrate of the Province of Ontario, was appointed Provincial Court Judge on December 14, 1967. During his tenure, he presided over cases in Haldimand County, County of Welland County, and County of Lincoln. In 1974, he retired as a Provincial Court judge and went back to Thorold. Norman R. H. Young died on January 3, 1999. Mr. Young’s administrative staff has over 65 combined years of experience. Young, McNamara has three different departments to enable Mr. Young’s assistants to specialize and pass on their knowledge and expertise to you.
