1. We selected Paradisaic to perform a full main floor renovation, which also included our kitchen and front entrance. We were impressed with their approach to scoping and costing our project and even more impressed by the site supervisor Mat and his assistant Rachel. We were particularly impressed by the low number of subcontractors required on-site since Mat excelled at many trades. Many of the subcontractors who were present when required were some of the best we've ever dealt with. Any issues that arose were resolved quickly and effectively. The project was completed on time and within budget. We would definitely employ Paradisaic again. Thanks to Ben, Greg, Mat, and Rachel. 2. Our first meeting with Ben instilled confidence in Paradisaic as a detail-oriented company. We requested quotations from several renovation companies, and Paradisaic's quotes won our confidence. A busy household undergoing the renovation, Paradisaic kept it a smooth process with weekly updates and a full-time crew. Before the project began, communication, timeliness, and straightforward pricing were important to us.
