When we decided to launch Ambassador Dearie HVAC INC. together, we aimed to improve everything from our work to our lives. Bob Thibert was recommended by my son to bid on the installation of a heat pump and furnace to replace our 23 year old equipment. Bob was very thorough in his explanation and his bid was better than the other 2 bids I had obtained. The system was installed on Oct 19 2023 and no issues have been experienced. The crew that arrived was on time and highly efficient. They completed the installation, removed the old equipment and explained the operation of the new system. I highly recommend this firm
