This company was recommended to us for a big job by another small independent plumber who couldn't handle the size of job we had in front of us. Matt Leveille was the manager who came out to us, and he could not have been nicer, nor more capable. He managed the whole job, and while we had to wait a few weeks to get into their work queue, it was worth it. They did the interior work on Day 1, with minimal disruption of water and sewer service. By 8 am on Day 2 the city lines were exposed up to the property line, and by 4pm the whole job was done and cleaned up to my satisfaction. In comparison to a neighbour up the street, this job was painless and professional from start to finish. A+ recommended.

Very impressed by the dedication of the plumber, Nicholas, that came to our house. The first company I used misdiagnosed the plumbing issue as a wet vent issue instead of leaking toilet, which ended up costing me 800.00$ more than it should have. The Aqua Drain plumber started with the most obvious possibility, and least expensive one by checking if the toilet was leaking, before jumping to the expensive solution, which according to the other company would have been the dry vent issue if the wet vent fix did not solve the problem. I definitely recommend Aqua Drain.
