Blue Haven Dental Customer Reviews Feedback Recap: I have been coming to this clinic for over 20 years, from when it was Dr. Eisenstaudht. He was brilliant, so I was upset when management changed about 6 yrs ago. The very bad experience I had with one of the dentists post-change was the first time a dentist killed one of my teeth in my 57 years. The tooth was not properly anesthetized, and I was in excruciating pain for the next 3 days. I cannot fathom such a high level of training! Things improved again lately; the clinic is now under new management, with Dr. Rae. I went back for a full dental exam. From the time I walked in, everyone was smiling, professional, and accommodating. Dr. Rae discovered many things that need attention, and so far, I am really happy with the way everything is going. Her exceptional reviews speak for themselves, but I would encourage anyone considering this clinic to also look at her credentials. This time, I was lucky that I did my homework before going back, and it has surely paid off. I am very happy with my decision to return. Lovely dentists and hygienists! Dr. Ryan is extremely pleasant and skilled. I feel entirely comfortable with him and have been quite happy with the detailed care he has offered so far. He explains things clearly and makes me feel good when he is around. I would continue to choose this clinic because of him. Unfortunately, my feelings about the front desk are mixed. I find some of the reception staff to be quite pushy with their frequent messages, and some of the interactions have appeared rude. I believe the patient experience would be much improved if the front desk communication was more respectful and less persistent. I think doctor...
