They are efficient and have no issues with open communication. Ivan and crew were very patient with our kids and dogs. The kerdi and tile work in our steam shower is pristine. Tile with extreme color variation and thickness variations are perfectly aligned. Ivan also recommended epoxy grout which we aesthetically like! Will recommend Brako for bath work to friends. Ivan even helped me pick out tile outside of my comfort zone for great results and trained me on my new bathroom features. My floor now looks like a spa! Ivan is amazing at customer relations and is the best contractor we have ever had. We will definitely be calling him for future projects! Smilies all round.
