Our new ensuite bathroom is our safest, and what was previously an unsafe room in our home, now feels like the room in which we are most secure. As a result, we are one step closer to our goal of aging in place! We have even pinched ourselves a few times in disbelief, as it feels as though we are in a luxurious hotel room when we use our ensuite!! Whether it was the preparation, the construction, or the inevitable troubleshooting and adjusting, the Company’s execution was flawless! Ottawa Jason and Harison did an outstanding job building two sets of wooden steps for us. They reversed a wrought iron gate, and installed two sets of very heavy precast steps at the curb. Jason returned the next day to install two grab bars. These guys worked in an extremely hot and humid environment. They were punctual and detailed. I would highly recommend them and BuildAble. Becca, our contact at the firm, was responsive, empathetic, and an excellent communicator. I hired BuildAble to convert my master bathroom to a fully accessible bathroom with a roll-in shower and a custom roll-under vanity. BuildAble was very easy to work with, informed on all aspects of the decision-making process, punctual, professional, neat, and, most importantly, did excellent work! They are very well-informed and skilled regarding accessible renovations and needs. The craftsmanship was excellent, and I am very happy with the final product. I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to others. Our bathroom looks so nice. We love the tiles, the fixtures, and especially the roll-in shower.
