Capital Choice Counselling

Capital Choice Counselling is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion. We recognize the oppression faced by BIPOC, 2SLGBTQ+ and other marginalized communities, as well as the history of discrimination in the mental health care system. We aim to offer culturally competent and trauma-informed services. To this end, we engage therapists who bring to our team a diversity of lived experience, clinical experience, education and training. We are additionally committed to offering disability-affirmative and neurodiversity-affirming therapy. We understand that equality, social justice and accountability for past harms requires ongoing work and reflection, and we welcome feedback from our clients so that we may continue to grow.
