We are here to be your friend, your family, your coworker, your neighbor, and your best friend. We are independent and free and do what we want. We are you. Our community is made of bright, forward-thinking yoga enthusiasts dedicated to today’s world. We are known for being grassroots and helping you find your roots. We strive to grow every day. We live uniquely daily. We can lead by example, showing that yoga can be a positive force in our community. We support Ottawa events and participate in them. Our weekly Elevate Your Charity class raises awareness and money for national and local charities. We donate 100 percent of our chosen charity.
