Over the years, I have rented trucks from Hertz. The vehicles are well-maintained. I treasure the individual customer service that only Phil can provide. If the location were to change customer service staff in the future, I would most likely move to another car rental company. I would upgrade the review to include 10 stars if it were possible. The staff is nice, trucks are great, and service is good. I rented a 12-foot cube truck from another car rental company, but they let me down. Luckily, someone recommended Hertz and I read a review claiming the best customer service. When I arrived, I found out that I wasn't misled by the review.
