All of our technology, such as the simulator, is available, and we have adequate, well-equipped classrooms for all life stages. Regardless of whether you are new to driving or want to improve and continue to challenge yourself, our classes are designed with students in mind, incorporating technology and innovative techniques. With Let's Go, your learning experiences are customized to your goals, and our instructors will help you meet those objectives in every session. We also offer driving courses and simulation driving for individuals who are unable to attend an in-person course. This will help you pass the knowledge exam required to pass the Ontario G1 test (MTO). With practice and an understanding of the road signs and rules, you will be able to drive acceptably after passing the G1, G2, and G driving tests.

The initial red flag arose when it took multiple emails and calls to receive a response and schedule my driving lessons. Although the driving instructor was effective during the lessons themselves, there was a significant lack of communication regarding my progress. When I inquired about completing the remaining requirements for my G2 license after being informed of having one lesson left, I was initially disregarded. After following up, the instructor became defensive and placed blame on my circumstances for not learning all that was necessary. I had to clarify that I simply wanted to know what areas I still needed to cover and how to arrange additional lessons. Eventually, the instructor provided me with options, and we scheduled further lessons, beginning with the remaining lesson from my original package. However, my disappointment escalated when I received a text from the instructor at 10pm the night before my lesson, stating that I had no remaining lessons with the driving school and that I should transfer funds to their personal account to continue. Despite reaching out to the driving school regarding this issue, I received no response. I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of customer service and the lack of respect demonstrated throughout this experience.

5 Reasons to Choose Let's Go Driving School 1. Flexible with scheduling and cancellation of lessons. (I had to cancel a few scheduled lessons on short notice and was not charged.) 2. Great communication: my instructor Abdul was easy to reach by text and always responded quickly. 3. I'm a "late bloomer" (older learner) and so took a few more lessons that a typical student to feel comfortable taking my G2 road test. Abdul was incredibly patient and easy to get along with, even when I was stressed out, lol. 4. As a woman, I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy I was shown. I have taken driving lessons a few times in the past and did not feel as comfortable with other male driving instructors. 5. Abdul has a calm, even-tempered, confidence-evoking presence; his quick reflexes, experience, and knowledge of the finer points of learning to drive were pure gold!
