Welcome to my website. I am Lindsay Maahs, a newborn and family photographer based in Ottawa, ON. My photography journey has evolved over the years. It has been a dream since my high school photography class to turn a hobby into a successful business that many people appreciate. I have always wanted to be creative and to make a living from my creativity. Specializing in newborn and family portraiture was the perfect path for me and a continuation of my journey, making it the perfect job for me. Starting with a small amount, I have gained a lot of experience in the field. I am grateful for the families who have allowed me to be a part of their lives and to capture their stories. Lindsay Maahs Photography, which was officially launched in 2014, gives me the opportunity to do just that. My goal is to capture every moment and memory so that families can enjoy them for the rest of their lives.
