Would not recommend this service to anyone. Paid $200 for 2 hours of cleaning of my 1 bedroom apartment (that was already left in good condition). This service was supposed to be a treat to myself but ended up being a complete nightmare. Merry maid called me after the 2 hours of cleaning and asked me to pay for 2 more hours of service in order for them to finish the job. I kindly declined because the cleaning should not take that long. The workers were also seen to leave the apartment on multiple occasions for long periods of time during the cleaning service.
Once I returned to the apartment, the fridge door was off its hinge and Merry maid denied that they had broken it and stated that it was already like that when they arrive. Totally disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and honesty. I am better off just cleaning the apartment myself. What a waste of money and time.
Specifically asked this business if they clean dirty dishes and they said yes. I booked them and none of my dishes were cleaned. Do not hire, very unprofessional. I have the email where it is acknowledged merry maids didn't do the dishes even though I asked for it specifically.
ETA: They are now trying to charge me 700$. They didn't even complete the job. The owner, Stephanie was no help either, she didn't care at all.
