What our customers have to say: Dr. Nguyen is a miracle worker. In the past i would never talk to my dentist, i have had some bad experiences with another Dentist and because of that now I have a lot of anxiety regarding the dentist and especially with procedures. Last Friday I needed to get work done by Dr Nguyen, this was my second time getting some work done by her and I couldn't be more pleased. Dr Nguyen is extremely patient and extremely gentle. You can tell she cares a lot about her patients and their well being. Her calming energy helps a lot too especially if you're anxious. I've been coming to Dr. Nguyen for 20 years for anything from regular maintenance to tooth repair, she is so compassionate, understanding, and clearly cares deeply for her patients. There's no dentist in the city like her! I recently had a ‘new patient’ oral examination with Dr. Nguyen. She began by providing a clear explanation of what this exam would entail. The synchronized efficiency between Dr. Nguyen and her assistant was both thorough and highly impressive. I took solace in knowing I was in the hands of two very capable professionals. Mia, my Dental Hygienist was outstanding. Personable, methodical and skillful. Literally, THE best ‘clean’ I have ever had. And finally, a sincere ‘shout out’ to each and every member of the outstanding reception/admin staff who provided such a positive impact. Many thanks to everyone. Hygienist Amanda is terrific — she’s the only reason I continue to come here. However, the customer service at the front desk is consistently unfriendly and impatient. Every time I visit, I leave feeling unhappy. Last time, they overcharged me for a service I didn’t receive, and instead of apologizing, they acted like it was my fault and responded unpleasantly. This time, when I asked one of the front desk staff, “Do I need to pay here?”, she replied, “How do I know?” I was shocked. She then asked for my name and completed the process without a smile, and appeared visibly impatient. I transferred from another clinic because this one is closer to home, and Amanda came highly recommended. She is truly excellent. However, the front desk staff have been very disappointing. I hope my feedback will encourage them to be more considerate of their patients' experience and feelings. Dr. Nguyen is an artist in tooth repair!! I needed an emergency tooth check today. Orleans Gardens Dental Centre were compassionate and found me a spot today. Dr. Nguyen viewed my aching tooth. All is well with my tooth. All I can say is 'Thank you!' to Dr. Nguyen and her very thoughtful staff. Years later and never once regretted coming here. My teeth were really crooked and was really self conscious about my smile now I get complimented almost every day about my smile. The staff were amazing, the location was perfect literally walking distance from my house. If you’re looking for a dentist the kind folks at Orleans Gardens got you covered Wow wow wow! My husband who completely hates dentists will only come to this office and I know why! They treat their patients with so much respect and care. Sophie at the front desk not only went above and beyond with updating my husband’s health plans but also went and retroactively ran through a claim that I had forgotten to do. She is quick, followed up with all supporting documents without me asking and took the time to squeeze in his missed appointments! Excellent job Sophie! Dr. Marenco and his assistants are excellent! They put me at ease and work very quickly, and the front desk staff are very kind and knowledgeable. Easily the best experience I've ever had at a dentist office.
