I would like to share my frustration with the customer service at Printwell. In my experience, they do not deserve even a 1-star rating. I placed an online order for a printer cartridge on March 29, 2026. On April 1, I received an email stating that a refund had been issued because the cartridge is no longer manufactured. This means the company is listing and selling products that are not actually available.
After a few days without receiving the refund, I contacted customer service. Mike Shudlik informed me by email that the refund had been processed on March 30. However, no money had been received.
I called again on April 7 (after the Easter holidays), and was told that the refund had been issued on April 5. This was not true, as I still haven't received my refund.
When I attempted to follow up further, my calls to customer service were disconnected twice, which only added to the frustration.
The issue involved a refund of $14.36 only , and it was ultimately resolved only after PayPal processed the refund—not through the company’s direct efforts.
Overall, this experience reflects it's better to keep away from Printwell scammers.
