About Tim-O-Tree Tim-O-Tree is a family-owned and -operated tree-care company in Ottawa. Tree trimming, stump grinding, and tree planting are among our services. We also provide consulting services. Tim Hanrahan was a commercial photographer tied to a computer for over 30 years. In 2005, he graduated from an arborist program and founded Tim-O-Tree. Tim-O-Tree began with a Volkswagen Jetta van and a trailer, growing a client base by word-of-mouth. Tim was inspired by the athleticism of a junior-A hockey player to research outdoor jobs. Four children were his goal, and Tim retired when Mason took over the company in March 2018. What We Do
