Our products include clothing & footwear, camping equipment, paddle-sports, and cross-country skis and snowshoes. We've been Canada's top outdoor store since 1972. Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied with the equipment you purchase. Within the first six months of purchase, you don't get what you bought? This typically means the item has malfunctioned, but it doesn't happen very often. The manufacturer usually decides if anything qualifies for a warranty. In this procedure, the product is returned by post to the manufacturer so they can examine it and make a decision on whether or not warranties are applicable. This process sounds fine, but it is not practical. Like when it's winter and you need a new coat now. You won't wait for a warranty three weeks later.
