Overview of Customer Feedback: An Elm Tree which was dying had me worried. It was near the property line and not far from power lines. Trillium took it down with the right equipment and expertise and it was worth every cent. I was concerned that it be done safely but also without collateral damage to surrounding healthy trees. They removed our dying pear tree from our front property, grinded out the stump and then planted a new and healthy Lilac tree. I found everyone I interacted with polite, professional and very responsive to emails and phone calls. They are wonderful and professional to work with being a wonderful company. Today Chris came to give me an estimate on saving or removing a magnolia tree that was half dead. We decided to give the tree a chance and just cut off the dead branches. Chris said the job was too small to send a crew because it would be too expensive to do so. So he went to his truck and came back with pruners and a saw and did the job in less than 10 minutes. He did not charge me and would not accept a gratuity. I am grateful for his honesty, kindness and generosity. It is heartwarming to know that this business has integrity and humanity. Trillium’s pleasant, knowledgeable and competent crew cut down trees and pruned large dead branches on huge trees on our property, and left the site cleaner than when they arrived! I am a long time customer of Trillium Trees. My suburban property has mature trees. Trillium Trees has always done a great job.
