We hired Web Marketers to design and develop a website for us and regret it. $9,000 plus tax spent, countless hours explaining the project to their team and we did not even get the finished product at the end!! They handed us over a mediocre, half done job full of issues. Complete waste of money and time. Working with Web Marketers on this project was a stressful and unpleasant experience. We were forced to restart the entire website with a different company due to constant errors, delays, inability to follow instructions and bad project management. The incorrect Shopify theme was used from the beginning and designs/mock-ups were not getting implemented correctly throughout the entire cooperation. Moreover, we were under the impression that their team would produce exceptional page designs but this was not the case. We had to create the designs ourselves! The person they had coding our website was clearly inexperienced and did not know what they were doing. We have now incurred additional costs to purchase the correct theme and hire a new development firm to implement our designs properly. As much I dislike giving companies bad reviews, this review is justified and I am completely unsatisfied and disappointed with the service I received. I would not recommend Web Marketers for web development.
