SUMMARY Reviews Summary

Most of the feedback from clients was positive, especially when it came to the lawyers, particularly women. Ashley McPherson and Michelle Snoek are two examples who are hard working, professional, caring, and very communicative. Positive remarks continued when Sarah, Aliza, and Darla were mentioned. These women appear motivated and dedicated to providing the best service for their clients. But, Brittany Whalen seems to be the standout, with most comments talking of how caring, understanding, and professional she is. Sarah and Darla are commendable. Still, the consensus is that Brittany is the most compassionate of the three. I guess it has to be implied that kindness isn’t everything in their profession, as such caring alone won’t make a lawyer good. But in a profession that’s typically seen as draconian and callous, this leap from patient to trauma counselor, willing to hold the client’s hand through the process, may be just as crucial as any professional skill. Platitudes are typical for these reviews, but Whalen is one of those rare professionals for whom the platitudes apply. And taking sincere interest in clients is the route to good service.
