Feedback Summary 1. I was impressed with your resolution to my issue.  The oil change was excellent & was done well.  I will definitely recommend and will return for future services.2. I was promised a discount if I paid in cash or took a package deal but then was TOLD I COULD GET A BETTER DISCOUNT IF I PAID IN FULL AND THEN WAS NOT GIVEN THE TO-DISCOUNT.  Don't offer what you can't actually deliver on especially when the costs were never explained when I asked.3. Bought my first car and now take all my high-end vehicles to this location. A great group of Guys provide exceptional service!4. I was here for the first visit. I brought my car to Car Care Express to have my brakes and rotors replaced and was very disappointed with the workmanship. The mechanic did not clean the dirt and grime from the assembly before installing the new brakes and rotors. It was new parts placed directly onto the old buildup. One of the brake pads was also installed in reverse, and was causing noise and safety concerns while driving. Additionally, one of the lug nuts on one of the tires was left loose after the work was completed. It was causing additional noise and could have created a serious safety-related issue if it wasn't caught. Had to take my car to another mechanic to diagnose and fix the mistake, which cost me extra money and they showed me everything what they were doing while fixing my car. The lack of attention to detail and basic safety standards was very disappointing. I would strongly recommend double-checking any work done here before driving away.8. Great service and affordable prices. Very courteous and helpful staff. Will definitely come back.9.
