Would not recommend. Carpeneto signed off approving my 92 year old relative’s (with dementia) change in executives (power attorney, power to all her finances & her will) who happened to be my sister (17 at the time) and me (23 at the time). Albeit, my relative is very convincing and was not officially diagnosed with dementia. However when carpeneto signed off the approval of change he did the following: 1) NOT asking both my sister and I regarding our CONSENT 2) ASKING if all parties were of LEGAL AGE 3) not asking for the reasoning of the said change nor our relation to my relative. He had NONE of my sister nor my contact information! My relative was changing her executor from my mom to us (kids) because she got mad at my mom. Once my mom called asking on behalf of my relative in regards to him signing off a minor to be an executor of a will and power of attorney, he dismissed the allegation and said, that she is now of legal age so it doesn’t apply anymore. For these reasons, I suggest NOT to give Carpeneto business for his lack of attentiveness and full blown ignorance.
