Fantastic customer service! Great communication, and they send you a photo album where you can follow along with the progress as they make the ring. Cannot recommend them enough! My fiancée is obsessed with her engagement ring and we're already talking about wanting AGI to do our wedding bands as well. Picking out an engagement ring had been such a scary prospect for me, but the second I put in my order with AGI, that anxiety disappeared. Couldn't have made a better choice!
