The place​​ is​​ highly categorized in customer service, cozy, and customer satisfaction, with a touch of the Mediterranean​​ style (employee friendliness and the aroma of fresh coffee which creates a sense of well-being). Besides, university students and Vancouver residents highly recommend this place as local and students enjoy it. Customers have positive experiences with the coffee shop, with one of the reviewers calling it a coffee spot in the Athens neighborhood due to​​ the Greek​​ and French specialties; espresso-based drinks are the best, dating back to the European culture. The coffee is the best in the city, and the reviewers go on to name their preferred varieties. Ideally, the place is great, from the customer​​ experience to the variety of coffee flavors, the place is affordable and offers students a 10% discount. The place is also dog-friendly, but it does not offer a full meal: the customers recommend banakopita and tyropita.
