Their professionalism, clear communication, thoroughness, gentle touch and positive attitude made me feel at ease. I had an extremely friendly and helpful hygienist and dentist. Was very anxious about going since I was with my old dentist since I was born But he did not take the Canadian Dental Care Plan So was looking for another location. A very thorough initial exam was done even using some stuff I've never seen before. Confirmed I was okay to proceed since I've been going through severe medical issues and that the doctors gave me a go ahead to get dental work outside of my hospital. Consistently checking up on me over the course of the procedure and even offered to give me a brief break between the prep work and the actual procedure. Very professional and courteous. Only complaints were the location is very small and the exam room could be seen from the waiting room which I wasn't a huge fan of, procedure room was more secluded and there was no issues there. But even a curtain for the exam room would be nice. Also location, especially in the waiting room was quite warm (was there in summer.) But overall very very nitpicky concerns in an otherwise excellent experience from someone who dreads dental work, and had been putting off this visit for a couple weeks.
