Eclat Beauty Studio Customer Feedback Summary Overall, the experience I had at this salon was excellent. I was blown away by my Eclat experience. It's really hard to find a stylist that truly understands wavy/curly hair, but she is a legitimate expert at what she does. She worked with me to determine what length and style would be best for my hair and gave me some great advice. In addition to my hair, she also styled my eyebrows, and they once again look wonderful. The price was reasonable, and the service was impeccable. I will be screaming Eclat's praises from the rooftops, and I'm so delighted that I found her salon! It's always wonderful to get a haircut from Eclat because she does such a fantastic job. She understands what your hair needs and takes care to deliver the results you want. That's why my daughter and I are thrilled with our haircuts. It's amazing. I felt I experienced something different during my appointment to this salon, it was a welcoming, professional, and relaxing period. Eclat took her time with me, discussed what I wanted, and then proceeded to work her magic on my hair. My hair looked great! Far better than I expected. It was clear that she put a lot of effort into making sure I was happy with the final result. The haircut looked healthy, fresh, and beautifully styled. I was happy that I could see and feel the work she did. It was a carefully done haircut that made me return home with pride. She also took care of attention to detail, making me feel that she genuinely cared for me. Definitely a great place and I left this place feeling so happy. I was greeted by lovely smiles and warmth when I entered the premises, which made me feel comfortable very quickly. I felt comfortable sitting in the chair and the expert was attentive to my needs. I was pleased with the haircut as well. The only problem is that the shaving of the beard was not as smooth and I ended up with some redness and red spots on my neck, although I think this can easily be corrected with a little extra care. However, I do appreciate the warm service, and I had no major problems. However, my teammates were very welcoming, and I would happily return for another haircut so am hoping my beard gets a bit better shave next time. The hair salon experience was good. Even during the pandemic, the salon has been able to provide top-notch services. I have tried two haircuts, and I liked them all. It has a great atmosphere, and you can chat with the barbers while feeling like you’re just at home. My hair was getting long, and a sufficient number of layers had to be given, so I just needed some layers, and it was done perfectly. I don't get my hair cut often, but it seems I've found a perfect place to take my hair. Great service and great barbers! I was excited when I discovered this salon shop; I have lived in the neighborhood for over five years. I used to have my eyebrows done at a similar salon in the town center, and since it became too busy, I discovered Eclat, and this was where I decided to try the services. This salon has done an excellent job on my eyebrows. I was so thrilled that I left a glowing review. I would have given her a review even if I did not decide to get my eyebrows done in the salon. She is amazing. Not only is she kind, but she is also detail-focused. She has a lot of expertise, and this translates to her work. She was able to make the eyebrows look exactly according to the photo I showed her. This made me speechless. I was impressed by her kindness and patience all the way through. I enjoyed the entire experience. I left the salon feeling confident and satisfied. I will definitely return to her for another session and recommend her. Last evening I was here for a haircut again and it was amazing. My stylist was great. I told her what I wanted and she gave me the perfect haircut. She explained every process and said she would make sure I got the final result. I left the shop loving the haircut, and my family loved it too.
