Try to call in to inquire about something can’t find the information on the website can’t get through to the customer service. Anything you selected keep saying invalid. I don’t know why they have a phone line but not be able to use it. There’s no way you can contact them through the phone line. So disappointed ☹️
Don't you think a casino would keep their a/c working as it would keep people in the building spending money? Not this place! The poor staff that have to stay in this oven for an entire shift. Of course the management says there's nothing wrong with it. But it's been like this for every summer for the last 5 years. Cheap owners. What's it going to take, someone passing out before they actually fix it? The one star is only for floor staff, in particularly Amy, who was very apologetic for the heat that she can't control. Head office is getting notified.
I’ve been going to Mohawk Casino since 2010, and I used at least win something when it was OLG…but as soon as Elements opened, nothing…after the pandemic and they reopened…nothing..I’ve spent thousands of dollars since coming back in 2022, and even now on 2023, I haven’t won even a small jackpot, but I’ve given out a lot of money to Mohawk…a win to recover thousands of dollars would be so appreciated, but I know it won’t happen…I’m ready to try going back to Bingo, where it’s not costing me a mortgage payment…disappointed
