I must appreciate the staff team and the doctor. They are very professional in whatever they do and serve us greatly. I am urging everyone to pay them a visit and take most of their services.2. I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Maria Lobo at Finchwood Dental Clinic today! She was very lovely, gentle, informative and took her time into detail of explaining all that is to be done. It made my visit comfortable. She truly deserves to be a dentist, and I highly recommend her to be your next dentist!3. I used to recommend Finchwood Dental to everyone. I no longer do so. The patient care contrast is stark enough that it doesn't need a microscope to see. My husband (who is of Indian descent) receives instant CDP authorization, big smiles, and a dentist who almost rolls out the red carpet. Meanwhile, I receive no, no, and a dentist whose attitude is so unprofessional it's almost impressive. Let me be honest: if you don’t fall within the demographic they appear to prioritize, don’t expect the same level of respect or service. The distinction is that evident. They have transitioned from being cooperative to condescending, making incorrect presumptions about my level of financial ability, notwithstanding, no proof or even mentioning payment schemes like any clinic would usually do. The treatment differs gradually, then gradually rises. My daughter and I will seek medical attention elsewhere. Finchwood Dental advice has been rescinded. If you desire dependable professionalism, clarity, and impartiality, don't even think about this firm.4. Finchwood Dental experience was superb. I walked in to have my teeth whitened. The dentist was persuasive in assuring me it was not a good idea for my teeth and that I would be wasting my money. Their honesty and openness was a breath of fresh air because it's so surprising. It's rare to find such a dentist that puts his patients' well-being above profits and avoid unneeded procedures. After visiting, I knew my dental health was in caring hands. I endorse anyone who attends the dental clinic!5. Superb office, strategically located at Finch Plaza. The team was competent in examining and providing solutions in order of importance. Everything was punctual, and the office was well-organized, giving the best dental experience. Great treatment for any person looking for hassle-free dental care.
