I was not injured in a motor vehicle accident but I found it to be a very traumatic experience. Mr. James Howard one of the partners came and approached me about the law firm and wanted to represent me about my accident. At the beginning things seemed to be going ok as time went on now 5 years later drag on... as I asked the questions my Lawyer Melissa never had answers. Seemed to be very rude and took a tone and she could not answer my questions ? In the 5 years I with the firm she went through 6 legal assistances that should tell something. I switched lawyers into my 5th year they Henry Saks took 5 months send my file over to the new law firm as well sent medical records of someone else mixed with mine this is so disturbing. I do not recommend them what so ever!

Being injured in a motor vehicle accident is a very difficult and traumatic experience. Initially everything seemed dark but with an exceptional law firm as Howie Sacks and Henry LLP and my lawyer, Howard Blitstein and his law clerk Holly, overtime, things got better and started moving into a positive direction. I am very grateful to Howard Blitstein for settling my file but more importantly I will never forget him for his character that he displayed to me This is an honest lawyer who put his client’s well-being first, over money, he is trustworthy and kept his word in regards to his fees and his actions on my file, he went above and beyond his call of duty to get my case settled. I was able to email him and I would get follow up responses in record time like I have never seen before. Holly, his law clerk, was like a “mama bear” to me. I would call her crying, looking for advice and she would spend time with me to explain anything I didn’t understand. Oh, what an exceptional service team. My lawyer Howard B and his law clerk Holly showed me that I was not a case file but an actual individual who they truly cared about and they gave me and my two boys peace of mind and the confidence to weather the storm. During the 6 plus years of my lawsuit, It was an ongoing excellent customer service, continuous support, expert legal advice and a law clerk who is thorough and professional. I am truly grateful and blessed for having a lawyer who fought for me and was able to settle my case. Thank you, Holly, and thank you Howard for a job well done and for changing my life.
