I was not injured in a motor vehicle accident but I found it to be a very traumatic experience. Mr. James Howard one of the partners came and approached me about the law firm and wanted to represent me about my accident. At the beginning things seemed to be going ok as time went on now 5 years later drag on... as I asked the questions my Lawyer Melissa never had answers. Seemed to be very rude and took a tone and she could not answer my questions ? In the 5 years I with the firm she went through 6 legal assistances that should tell something. I switched lawyers into my 5th year they Henry Saks took 5 months send my file over to the new law firm as well sent medical records of someone else mixed with mine this is so disturbing. I do not recommend them what so ever!

During the 6 plus years of my lawsuit, It was an ongoing excellent customer service, continuous support, expert legal advice and a law clerk who is thorough and professional. I am truly grateful and blessed for having a lawyer who fought for me and was able to settle my case. Thank you, Holly, and thank you Howard for a job well done and for changing my life.
