ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

Interactive Dog Rescue Training & Psychology Centre, specializing in retraining aggressive dogs, is a facility that accepts surrender and also has dogs available for adoption. A private training company and offers one-on-one training. We opened the centre in Scarborough 2 years ago with a 1200 square foot facility and then moved in March to a 6400 square foot commercial facility in North York (1100 square foot indoors with 20 pens). This building is newly renovated with all-new concrete floors, new walls, electrical, plumbing, and dividers. New windows and doors were put in to have a good flow from one kennel to the next. We now accept large dogs up to 85 pounds with open arms, a YES attitude, and are prepared for the input. All different breeds are accepted, thanks to our custom-built frame. We are a No Kill/Skid Row facility. All dogs are improved by starting with a positive training session with different commands and signals. Treats and praise work wonders. That is our secret. If you want your dog to behave, and you live in scarborough or north york, call us.

SUMMARY   Reviews Summary

Interactive Dog Rescue Training & Psychology Centre, founded by Jeff and Kate, is known uniquely for safeguarding animals with a troubled history. Both trainers are amazing with their passion for saving animals. And when a Border Collie was facing a second chance, the rescue came into play. This dog had been scheduled for euthanasia but only ended up getting sedated and disorienting its rightful place. Adopting the dog largely gives us positive feedback for home shares. The review also vouches for Jeff's and Kate's dedication to adopters and loves them. These rescuers make sure that the two parties pair easily before leaving them to become familiar. Most of the dogs show signs of neglect as seen with the surrendered Chihuahua—however, this dog ushers the family with an easy training life. The rescuers even make follow-ups of post-adoption to ascertain the likelihood of mental unlocks after the rehoming was succesful. Some of the animals come from sudden evacuation as they move to their new base. The rescuers were enough good for owning our first dog. Most of the dogs in his care also spend more time with him to understand their fears and health problems. Emily's dog also passed positive training when Jeff gave her the dog before they undertook his complete cleanliness. And, most importantly, they are vetting individuals starting from the gates to the house. Most reviews also testify that the rescuers owing dogs and taking several dogs to behave fairly among residents. The rescuers are charming and take a keen interest in the needy dogs. Some behave well, like ours, as they promise faster. The overall rating for shelters is always five stars.
