Our live online classes take place seven days a week. These involve strength, conditioning, and mobility.
HIFLUX: (tm) Our four-week workout program alters in concert with your body's adaptations. The workout intensity increases each week. After four weeks, a new block is introduced. The process makes your mind and body more active and engaging.
