Feedback Overview 1. I would like to submit feedback on the website. I ordered 2 wheel hubs for my 08 CTS yesterday morning. Was on my doorstep this afternoon. I'm impressed with the service. 2. Top notch parts fast service and near instant replying. Highly recommend using them. 3. Great Deals and pricing, they even reached out and verified what pistons my calipers were to make sure i recieve the right part for my vehicle. Looking forward to buying more parts from here! 4. I recently had to do a complete brake and rotor change on my 2010 Genesis Sedan, so I looked online for parts and found Parts Go. I was impressed with how user-friendly their website was and the range of parts they had available for my car. Not only did I find the parts I was looking for, but they were available at an affordable price. Just a few days later, I had all my parts delivered to me via courier. Unfortunately, one of them had a small issue, which was not their fault; however, they were swift to rectify the issue in a professional way and to my satisfaction. I would recommend PartsGo to anyone who needs parts and wants to save a fortune over the other companies. It is great to know that there are still businesses that put the customer first. 5. Terrible experience with PartsGo. Ordered a headlight on a 99 Civic that took 15 days to arrive on a 4-5 business days promised window. Headlight fogged up within 2-4 days of rain. Post-sale, their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, and even rude when I tried to report the issue. They just wiped their hands off me once they had my money. A refund was given, but I will not be coming back. Poor quality and an even worse service. 6. I was very happy with the promt, professional, friendly service and quality products. A first time customer, but definitely not the last time that I will be ordering from Parts Go. 7. Very fast shipping, fair price. Good alternative for Canadian customers. Now when I contact them they tell me about a penny drop amount. Now I have to wait an additional 2 days. Your chat guy Rylan was no help with pre written messages, I had to go instore on my lunch to get an actual answer. The lady there also did not help and told me I can either wait or cancel my order with no real eta other 48 hours.
