Print City has proven to be more than willing to go above and beyond for its customers as they did for me today! I went to get my committee's final report spiral bound, and the team was friendly and efficient. The job was really well done, and it was exactly what I needed. Thank you very much!. I went to print some business cards, and they printed my job. However the person at the reception can't even explain to me what the sizes are. The sizes of the business card she printed is different from what I'm used to. Now I have to go back and print them again. I came from out of Toronto. Came to pick up my order I placed online to their pickup location for ikea packages but it was refused. An employee there said they do not accept any Ikea packages. Print City should not be able to accept ikea packages. This location should not be accepting ikea delivery so I do not get why they do. My package was also refused after I drove 20 minutes to pick it up. This was a horrible experience. However, the employee was very rude and refused my package even though it was my first time picking it up. Save yourself the horrible experience and do not choose this location for package pickups! Print City is listed as a pickup location for ikea packages, my package was also refused. When I called them, the employee was extremely rude, and said he refuses all Ikea packages. Print City should not be listed as a pickup point for Ikea, and Print City should be the one telling Ikea that they refuse all Ikea packages and should not be listed as a pickup point. He got frustrated at me when I insisted there were 2 parts to my package. Said, and I quote "I don't care, one tracking code is one package. I don't care." Then after he scanned the tracking code - he realized there were two packages. Then proceeded to go look for the second one in a very half-assed manner. He did not look close enough - after like half a minute, he said he could not find it. As a result, I lost a part of my package and had to go contact Ikea again for another delivery.Print City counts on a unanimous review - Extremely rude owner. He got angry at me when I said there were two parts to my package as he insisted there was only one. After scanning, he realized there were two packages. He went to look for the second package but he did not really look close enough. After about half a minute, he said, sorry, can't find it. I had to go back and contact ikea again. Why hasn't this store closed down？Probably the Worst Owner!Print City is not a store that I would recommend to anyone. Owners are incompetent and fail to reimburse for their mistakes.
