Print & Gift Customer Feedback Summary Nice service, had the chance to print a few nice mugs for family gifts and such the same day! This is my favourite print shop. I order my challenging work and personal projects here because the quality is excellent and completion is always on schedule.e.g. I needed a large, weather resistant banner made for a community event and it was completed in a tight time frame. It is beautiful, and we’ll be able to show it proudly for years to come. You went here initially just for xerox, then also sent our important docs via FedEx, and THEN decided to print gift photos on a coffee mug and also a framed photo! I will definitely be back. Thank you so much! I recently got a customized mug from you, and I'm really impressed with both the quality and the service I received from you. Despite having very little time, you were able to quickly customize it and deliver it on the same day, exactly as I wanted. The design turned out perfectly, and your attention to detail was excellent. Friendly, professional, and highly reliable service. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely order from you again! I only go here Print and gift completed a large last minute order for a bridal shower in an hour! Couldn’t find anywhere else in the city to do it that fast. Customer service was great and friendly Do not come here!! They're extremely rude. Didn't want to help me saying that they're not working, while clearly accepting other clients. In the middle of the day!! When I used their services last year they changed their prices on the spot twice! How come for two A4 prints from $5 dollars each when I just came to ask for the price, the next day it became $12 for each! And during payment, it came up to $15, because of service fees that he didn't even mention at any point!! He was just lying to my face trying to get more money Never go here. Very rude owner, acting like you owe him something and actively tries to take advantage of you. I was quoted one price for printing and then overheard another customer after me being quoted a different price for same service. Also pretends to have FedEx at the location, but in reality doesnt want to do anything related to deliveries and is EXTREMELY RUDE about it My lovely fiancée and I are getting married in two days from today. The team here were so accommodating and friendly and did a job for our wedding favors in 3 hours. The quality of the product is amazing as well. I was quoted one price and then charged a higher amount, with different prices being mentioned throughout the process. The lack of transparency felt misleading. On top of that, the print quality did not justify the cost. I would not return and would not recommend this place to others. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. I visited this shop multiple times because it is close to my home and university. On previous visits, I also had issues with pricing and communication, but today was the worst experience. I was told the photo would cost $20. After the photo was taken and I waited about 15 minutes, I was suddenly told the price was $35 instead. I was not given a clear explanation for the price increase. Since it was near closing time and I urgently needed the photos, I had very limited options.
