Rent-a-Son Customer Feedback Summary 1. This was an excellent service. Ramone and his team moved us from our old condo to New condo. Despite being a wintry move, which is never "fun", the team completed the move expeditiously, professionally, did a great job disassembling and reassembling beds and moving other heavy furniture. I would definitely recommend them. 2. Today was the third time we have used them as we empty our house for sale after 50 years. They are very efficient and careful. No problem moving heavy awkward furniture from 2nd and 3rd floors. Competitive pricing and well worth every penny. 3. Extremely happy with the professionalism, overall approach, and energetic movers who facilitated our move. Loved the energy. Will definitely use Rent-a-Son again. I was told that they would be able to take apart my bed & sofa, but my bed is the kind with super storage from ikea and it was very involved. They did it, and put it back together - im super impressed, EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! The whole experience was a delight, I highly recommend, especially if you need a little extra help. 7. Kenneth & Sean were outstanding. They were kind, skilled, and very very helpful! I was told that they would be able to take apart my bed & sofa, but my bed is the kind with super storage from ikea and it was very involved. I had meant to post this review a few months ago. Came across the note I’d made of their names so figured better late then never. Rent-a-Son was a pleasure to work with. It was a local move where I needed, on less than a week’s notice, help moving a house’s worth of “big stuff” and some packed boxes. The office was responsive to my query and made sure I understood how things should go. The movers showed upon time and ready to go! The move was made within the time budgeted with no extra costs (aside from some materials that had been clearly quoted in advance). There was one small damage issue but that was immediately brought to my attention by the mover. They then tried to fix it but they were not satisfied with the results. We looked together at it closer later and I was able to be confident we would fix it with a little time later. Another of the movers actually noted an issue with a piece of furniture that I assured them the issue had been pre-existing but they were actually able to show me an easy and effective fix for that one. Hiring this company reduced my stress and made the move so much easier. Communication in the follow up on the day was good, and I think prices are very fair. Highly recommend. 11. We had Shane, Sean, and Kenneth for our move. I can't believe they got the entire move done in under 6 hours. The care that they took with our belongings was unmatched. I don't understand how they're that good AND that fast. The moving elevator even broke halfway through the move and they didn't skip a beat. They're all friendly, they communicate well, and they're extremely professional. I will only move again with this crew. I'm actually going to ask for them any time I need a moving company from now on.
