Working with Simplistics has made relaunching our vast website interesting, educational, fun, and just what we needed. While Simplistics has been overhauling the site, they have also been showing us how to manage it ourselves, and we are continuing to recommend Simplistics to others. Our readership and content-heavy website had grown exponentially in the 20 years since it was conceived, developed and designed by an IT specialist and a professional journalist, with contributions from a business communications executive. Despite us all working simultaneously on multiple other jobs and projects, the site looked fine, but the back-end was extremely complex. At the same time, we content creators were ready to manage the site ourselves. Over the past months, Simplistics has refreshed, reorganized and reconfigured the site from the inside out to unify all elements in a way us non-techies can now access. We are now able to update it when and how we want to, thanks to the customized manuals and ongoing communication with Sara, our account manager.
