DO NOT RECOMMEND!! this company will cut corners and do everything they can to make a quick buck - except do the right thing. We hired them for remediation, and they did not contain anything properly, and my son got seriously ill, and got hospitalized due to the symptoms. Company took zero responsibility; even their staff weren't well trained, their customer service lady was very aggressive and very unprofessional. We tried to call them and let them know, and they did not respond, another four different mold companies said the process of this company is wrong and they should know better. GOING ON EVERYWHERE EXCEPT HERE!3. Kay and Matt were fantastic. Scheduling an appointment was a simple phone call with Kay, while the actual inspection by Matt was excellent. The Mold Guy team helped ensure that my wife and I got insulation in our garage ceiling/wall when we saw what appeared to be black mold. Being that there had been incidences of mold in other places in our house, we were worried about our son's bedroom, which is directly above the garage. Matt was personable and professional, showing genuine concern for our health and well-being and providing prompt and efficient service. Matt inspected all the necessary areas in the bedroom and garage and told us that it was all surface stuff that could be cleaned very easily. This was very reassuring for us because it can be easy for someone to take advantage of a homeowner with little knowledge quite often, we were very happy and relieved with how things turned out, and additionally, saved a bunch of money because we expected it to be a lot more expensive. We highly recommend The Mold Guy!4. Philip and Johnny were excellent. Very thorough & knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and the like. Thank you! Your employees are wonderful.
