After running a half marathon, I had two calf sprains, and my sports medicine doctor referred me to the running physio. I have been Kelly's patient, and she is the best physiotherapist I have ever visited. I have seen a lot of positive results after she worked on me. From physio strength exercises, run analysis, return to run program, and building up my self-confidence that I can do a half marathon again injury-free. This week, I officially ran my second half marathon without any injury all thanks to Kelly helping me both mentally and physically. This was the worst injury I have had, and Kelly helped me beyond words. I highly recommend Kelly at the running physio!13. Hi there! I have been seeing Erin for over a year now for both physio and coaching. She got me through a half-marathon and my first full marathon. I went from struggling with knee pain at 16 km to running an entire marathon just 4 months later. Her coaching style is simple, clear, and incredibly effective. She doesn’t overcomplicate things. I could see progress week after week, and she always knew how to push me the right amount while keeping my body healthy and pain-free. I have been to many physios and chiropractors in Toronto, and Erin stands out as the best.
