Reviews Summary

Yoga Grove is consistently praised for its fantastic instructors, small class sizes, and a wide variety of class options. The owner, Leslie Cranston, takes exceptional care in ensuring her students get the best possible experience, with various customized classes for each level. Members say it is a welcoming and close community, with restorative classes and an 'Absolute beginner' 4-week course for those just starting. Part of the study is a small community with a broad range of practices to support you as you age. Many have seen injury improvements in some of their movements, and general wellness has been enhanced. Bookings have been seen for multiple courses as well as the specialty classes and retreats. The Restorative classes have also got lots of attention as the students explain that the instructor lays out all the props and moves students in the session. The students have racked up their times during the restorative classes, making them enjoy the course. Regulars have been the worst hit where they have had notifications that the class was a limited number due to COVID-19; this has instilled patients so that they can always get their spots in time. Their restorative classes have seen maybe five people in the class, hence the instructor having enough time to work with each of the students in the class. The most restorative class is from 7-20 minutes. The good thing about this class is that the instructor will always be teaching students how to use available materials for the restorative practice, at the end of each session the students my be ask to put away the material to wind up the session. And guided meditation may always be added icing to wind up the session. At the end of each class, the students have always appreciated their session, which makes most students share in social media for each class to join them. It has additionally been praised also for the incredible sense of peace inherent in the rooms from the beginning to the end of the session.
