Feedback Summary from Our Customers: 1. I had my first visit today and it was so so good. Did not think the first visit would be so good. The session with Nancy (RMT) was literally very relaxing. Excellent massage and customer service 7. Front desk was very nice, went for two prenatal massages and both times my requests were not met. They would not massage my lower body despite me asking & barely touched my back/neck and working in dental this is the most painful part of my body, it felt like they were just lightly rubbing. I understand you cannot do heavy pressure while pregnant, but there was zero pressure at all, and said they couldn’t do it. Why offer a prenatal service then? I was also told I couldn’t lay down during the massage and would have to stay sitting up the whole time which I’ve never heard of before. 8. I have been coming here for 3+ years and I always enjoy my massage. However, I came here for the first time to do a prenatal massage and I was super disappointed. The RMT I had, had absolutely no idea what she was doing nor did I enjoy the prenatal massage. Otherwise, I usually enjoy this place and love my massages always! 11. I requested a full body deep tissue massage, I only washed my back, shoulders, and arms. My quads, hips, and IT bands were not there, she told me that 80% of clients only want the full back when they ask for full body when I asked about my legs, I was told I can’t go to the back view, this does not reflect my needs at all. I did not touch my legs at all so this is not a full body massage, I requested it. The therapist said that she may be hard but she did not meet my expectations from the beginning, I would never use this service again. 13. I come here I have been going to this place every month for past 8 months, it is above average I would give it like 3.5 out of 5 but my recent massage was with the woman Ada, and she shouldn’t be a masseuse at all, she had no interest in providing the service, she came to the lobby 7 minutes late to announce my name, then massage was so bad…for the most part it felt like she was just rubbing the oil into my skin and thats it when I told her to increase the pressure a little bit she increased it so much that I had to tell her to stop because it got so painful instantly. I tried to explain to her that I wanted medium pressure but she did not understand at all. It was either no pressure or extremely painful pressure. Her massage technique is so confusing, whatever she was doing on one side of the body wasn’t doing on the other so it didn’t feel balanced at all, In the start of massage I told her I wanted focus on my feet and legs, she did bare minimum on my legs and wouldn’t touch my feet without the sheet. I was extreme unsatisfied. I had to tell her to stop 10 minutes before the end time because I just couldn’t take it anymore. This is completely unacceptable, I see another person has also reviewed Ada and I belive them, that’s exactly how I felt too. Utterly disappointing. Massage addict do better!
