Client review digest: 1. Arrival for 1:30 p.m. appointment, requested to wait outside staff lunch, 15-20 minutes. Asked me to wait inside and saw them eating in the lunchroom. 2. I've been a patient of this clinic for years even though it's a bit far from my house. I kept coming back because the staff, hygienists, and dentists were always nice and friendly. However, my experience with the receptionist this Saturday morning was disappointing. She said her name was Kiki. I was just asking a few things and she looked at me with wide open and rude eyes and I felt uncomfortable. I'm not sure if her name was Kiki, she didn’t seem honest, and her behaviour ruined my day and weekend. After so many years, this one experience makes me not want to come back. 3. Dr. Katy is great. My daughter usually cries and won't open her mouth for a long time during dental checkings. However, that day, she was quickly opening her mouth for Dr. Katy. Dr. Katy applied fluoride and did two fillings in my daughter’s teeth, without any anaesthetic. She has a very gentle touch and sings lovely songs while she was doing her job also she has great expertise. Hats off to Dr. Katy, you are great with kids. Highly recommended. 4. As returned clients I expect to get the same service,
For kids hygienic or any other matter they should use persons with right size fingers especially for flossing, also I am concerned that the place needs to be professionally cleaned, we won't be back there anymore definitely. 5. The reception is very nice and helpful and doctor is very kind and professional with children. 6. Very happy with the results and I like a team! 7. the cleaning lady was very carefully and did the job slowly and fast like last time . I love this time. 8. Great follow up appointment! 9. This place takes are oral health seriously and make sure we know about are oral health and Kiki is so amazing helping us making sure we are happy and explaining to us about are teeth highly recommend. 10. We had to go in for an emergency appointment and dr. Jj was kind and gentle. Team worked efficiently to get us in with 1 hour of calling around highly recommend 11. Amazing staff really helpfull specially Kiki helping with the schedules and really happy with the services for the whole family 12. Amazing service! 13. His experience was amazing he really enjoyed being able to watch his show during treatment. 14. I went to My City Dental for my first visit and cleaning, and it was a great experience. Fariba (the hygienist) did an amazing job — she was very kind, gentle, and truly made me feel comfortable throughout the visit.
