Testimonials: Lev/Les and Andrei were horrible. The tiling was of poor quality, as was the mud and tape. We had to redo the work they did for 3k. Incredible experience with Sosna. I have had my last 2 homes renovated by Sosna, and it was a remarkable experience! We just finished the reno on our new home, which was the whole main floor, kitchen, stairs, powder, flooring, the living, dining. and new flooring on all 3 levels including upgrades to the lower fireplace and bathroom fans on all 3 levels. It’s became fantabulous. we work with you from design to budget to construction to finish. I used them for renos on my last home in 2018 and then my new home in 2025-26. They are not just very meticulous professionals... They are such excellent quality people. I will always go back to them for any renos I need done on my home! The work was done quickly and done well. Sergei was professional and left the place clean. We are extremely happy that we employed Sosna for our renovations. Olga, our designer, has done a fantastic job with the kitchen and bathroom designs and she always explained why she made specific choices. She provided us with various design options, incorporated our feedback, and sought constant feedback to ensure we were happy and on track. The design process was well-structured, well-organized, and her attention to detail has been extraordinary! The choice of fixtures, floors, countertops, etc. was not as daunting as we thought because Olga and her team ensured we were focused and on budget. We would like to thank Olga and the Sosna team for their assistance. They were very professional and kind. Five stars are not enough to express our satisfaction with Sosna. From the initial discovery meeting with the project advisor, Jolene, to the basement renovation completion, the Sosna team has demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and care for our interests. Camila, our designer, Dante, the estimator, Roman, our project manager, and Sergey and Nazar, who were here seven o’clock sharp every workday and whose hard work ensured we completed the project within our tight schedule. The company has a whole team of electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, flooring installers, painters, and other necessary tradespeople that made it worry-free for us. But I have a confidential information that our esteemed project manager was losing sleep! Thanks to the Sosna team’s attention to detail, not only was the basement project finished, but it was a project that they and their clients can be proud of. Every time we are in the basement, we will remember the Sosna team!
