Nico, the dealership owner, has a compassionate customer care disposition and is very forthright, specially when it comes to the vehicle evaluation and its condition. Many customers have commended his magnanimity and have seen him go out of his way to provide the best customer experience. This is because he had the vehicle's brake pads and rotors replaced before technically needing to be done then, he provided an additional replacement for the new vehicle owners because they felt shaking the car. Nico has also been acknowledged for simplicity, and many people enjoy shopping at Westview during this pandemic because of his extraordinary customer service. All want to display their purchase but this won't be a reality in any other car dealership while Nico is still there. There is no pressure to instigate a sale; the entire buying process is straightforward and autonomous. All these customers have fully utilized the sale because it's easy, and the entire buying process is less stressful, additional 5 stars because of the customer service and trust I get when I am buying real. This commitment to customer service is the cornerstone of the company, just another couple of reviews mean that the customers have experienced the best customer service.
