When I tell you that Carmen's attitude is the absolute WORST, believe me. How can we call requesting information and to be met with attitude like that, especially when calling on behalf of a client (hopefully no longer)? I won't bash the work they do or get done but if it was a business based on mannerisms and attitude to retain clients/customers, she would single handedly destroy the company.
