Horton Tree Farms

Feedback Compilation: Greetings everyone, The purpose of this message is to share the feedback that we have received so far about our tree farm. 1. We are now closed for the 2025 season. To receive updates on our reopening, please keep a close eye on the website. 2. The season a bit late this year, so I had to give the message for the delay in tree planting. 3. The people are the very friendly family and have a wonderful atmosphere. They have a great selection of trees. 4. I love the variety of trees they have. 5. It is a very nice place to go during the season. 6. I have sadness coming to this place. I have been to a few tree farms on the east coast, but this tree farm did not compare. The trees are of poor quality, not a well-groomed tree, and I was given a 4 ft and very sad tree for $75. Merry Christmas. 7. Favorite place to get a Xmas tree. I love the tree , beautiful huge area, huge selection of trees, beautiful friendly staff. Also bring your marshmallow and provide sausage to roast over the campfire. 8. Trees are very good and the staff is super friendly. 9. I liked going the place with my family; we had fun there. The pancakes they sell were delicious. The place is attractive. 10. My first time cutting down our Christmas tree. We will be back next year. 11. It is a great place with family. It was fun during the season. Go early to find the tree you love. 12. Ouff is all I can say. We usually go to Albion Orchards where their trees are about $75 and a good size but decided to try something different this year. Well, let's say big mistake the trees were scarce at Horton tree farm and all trees were super skinny, it was slim pickings, we tried to pick something less extensive but still got stuck with a $110 tag price on a very thin tree. Just for reference, the trees we usually get takes myself and my partner to carry out, this year's $110 tree my partner could carry with one hand. It was only an inch or two over the threshold and they would not budge on the price and offer free hot cocoa to make up for that...Will not be back here. 13. They were to Horton Tree farm this past Saturday morning. It was an excellent experience! The staff were very friendly and gave you very good information on how to cut a tree and what to look for, and the farm itself is huge with huge varieties to pick from. The experience was top by free hot coco.

Highly recommended for people who want the tree cut off themselves. Do not forget to carry cash! 14. This is our second time in 2 years to Horton Tree Farm. We had the pleasure to go to the second location last year and it was amazing. This year we had gone to the other location as the other one is now closed. We have been to a few places but never have we ever had the experience we had at Hortons. Wearw hooked after last year and will never ever go to another tree farm as long as they are around. The Horton family and friends never let you down, they welcome with such loving open arms and the generosity they provide cant be beat. The tree selection is unbelievable. The only hard part we have to deal withb is what tree to pick cause the selection is endless lol.

Can't wait till next year Horton family and friends for another memorable experience 15. Pretty pitiful experience. There were very few trees, mostly too short or about 15’ tall. Basically charging top dollar for strangers to clear their property. A young tree that was only seen was 6’ and sparse but was deemed to be 7’-8’ and thus get a charge of $110. I finally paid $235 for 2 trees that were approximately 6’ tall. Merry Christmas.
