2 Waves Beauty Bar

I am very frustrated with their services lately. Since September until now, every time I did my manicure, I got upset. My nails chipped or cracked within 2-3 days, after I was able to fix the cracked ones, other nail cracked again within their warranty policy. I am a repeated customer since 2019 when I moved from Waterloo to Essex, this 2 waves beauty bar became my spa. Every 5 weeks I do my pedicure there. I like my asthetician, I used to believe their service is good enough. Since this summer, my bad experience stated, everytime I was telling myself next time will be better.But unfortunately one after another the same result, eventually I could not hold and I called their headoffice. I told their owner how frustrated I am, I need solutions, I want to be happy just like before; fixing is not solution. She promised me to call back after she talks to store manager. Now 6 days passed, I haven't recieved even an apology call. Through my conversation with the owner, I told her I don't really put a bad review on any flat form only because I know how hardworkers of the astheticians, but with these attitude, I really do care anymore. I am certified asthetician, if I work in the spa, I would say I am more efficient and more experienced, but as customer I am more deeply look into those issue instead of other customer. I am 100% sure their products are not as good as before. The reason I am saying that because I am doing my own nail when I do not have time or the appointment is not available as I wanted, and my own nail polish I use has never ever cracked as theirs. So the result of that is they are being cheap and they use low quality products to make maximum benefits. I looked at some reviews I am not the only one have those bad experience, there are quite numbers of customers had bad experience as same as me. Honestly, I really need to ask compensation because they wasted my time, they betraied my trust.
