Brenell and her family are proud to be a part of their community, and she is proud to be a graduate of the Faculty of Psychology and French Studies at the University of Windsor. Mrs. Dean has a bachelor’s degree from St. Clair College in Psychology and French Studies. Mrs. Dean is a graduate of St. Clair College's Paralegal Program. Dean is an instructor at St. Clair College part-time. Mrs. Dean comes from a family of lawyers, including Canada's most famous black lawyer, Delos Davis, and other notables.
