Donato Collision changes to AXALTA as Joe, a professional painter, transitioned after participating in the DuPont Cromax Pro Waterborne Base Coat Application Course at Ajax Training Centre. Joe went back to the workshop, working with his fellow painters. The waterborne system was established rapidly; thus, there was no interruption with production. Excellent support was given by Bryon Bird from DuPont and Dave Penney from Cross Canada Auto Body Supply. According to painter Chris Harris, Bryon helped him learn the right spraying techniques.
