Cases include Simple Assaults, Mischief, Peace Bond Applications, Theft under $5000, etc. We have representation for accused people with Peace bonds or Domestic violence charges. If you have a serious criminal case, Legal Aid Ontario (LAO) can help you. We represent individuals with provincial offenses, such as traffic tickets and trespassing violations. We also represent persons with municipal by-law violations. We don't represent someone charged with parking violations.
