In 1992, the Small Business & Entrepreneurship Centre began assisting thousands of small business owners. SBEC offers advice and assistance from conception to start-up and beyond through the early stages of your company. SBEC is based on WindsorEssex and is part of Invest WindsorEssex, a partnership with the Economic Development, Job Creation, and Trade. A network of Small Business Centres Ontario, a group that provides support services. SBEC has offices in Windsor, Essex, and other areas.
